Wie schon im letzten Jahr, findet auch im Jahr 2010 der Bandcontest des"Maniacs of Rock" Festivals statt.
Dabei haben sich fünf lokale Bands durch ein Online-Voting im Dezember 2009 für den Live-Battle qualifiziert! Die Gewinner-Band darf am 15. Mai 2010 das fünfte Maniacs of Rock Festival eröffnen und sich die Bühne mit Bands wie Tankard, Varg, Black Abyss oder Bleeding Red teilen!
